Who can see our passenger data?
Only your own staff. Each agency gets its own workspace, and every record in the system is tied to it — your passengers, your agents, your accounts. Nobody at another agency can list them, search them or open one by guessing a link.
What happens when the free 30 days end?
We tell you a week before. If you carry on, we raise your first invoice; if you do not, the workspace closes and your data stays exactly where it is until you come back or ask us to remove it. Nothing is deleted because a trial lapsed.
How do we pay?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer or cash. We raise an invoice with a reference number, you send the money and submit the transaction id, and we mark it confirmed. There is no card on file and nothing charges you automatically.
Can we start on one plan and change later?
Yes, in either direction, and it takes effect immediately. Moving up unlocks the extra sections at once. Moving down hides them and keeps everything you entered, so nothing is lost if you change your mind again.
Will the Arabic embassy paperwork print properly?
Yes. The send list and the four-sheet application sets are printed by the browser rather than by a PDF library, which is what makes the Arabic shape and read correctly right-to-left. It is the same route the sample documents themselves were produced by.
Do we need to install anything?
No. It runs in a browser, on the office desktop and on a phone. There is nothing to install, nothing to back up by hand and no licence key to keep track of.
Can we get our data out?
Every list in the system exports and every report prints. If you ever leave, ask us and we will send you a full copy of your workspace.
How long does it take to set up?
