What it does
Every screen came out of a real desk.
This is not a generic CRM with the words changed. Six areas, each built around a job a recruiting office already does by hand — and each one written up below with the specifics rather than the pitch.
Passenger files that stay complete
One record per passport, with the passport, visa, MOFA and police clearance dates on it. The system tells you what is missing before the embassy does — an expiring passport or a lapsed clearance is caught at the desk, not at the gate.
- Passport, visa, medical, police clearance and MOFA dates on one record, each with its own expiry window.
- A passport inside its final six months is flagged when the file is opened, not when it is submitted.
- Districts, thanas and professions come from lookups, so the same place is never spelled three ways.
- Photographs, passport scans and supporting documents attached to the passenger rather than to a folder on somebody’s desktop.
Embassy e-files, printed correctly
Scan passports into a batch, order them by hand, and print the Arabic send list and the four-sheet application set straight from the browser — properly shaped, properly right-to-left, exactly as the embassy expects it.
- Assemble a batch by scanning passport numbers; drag the rows into the order the file will be submitted in.
- The Arabic send list and the four-sheet application set print from the browser, so the Arabic shapes and reads right-to-left correctly.
- Reprint one passenger’s four sheets without reprinting the other forty-four.
- Eligibility is checked before a passenger can join a batch, so a file does not travel to the embassy to be refused.
Manpower and delivery tracking
BMET registration, training certificates, visa issue and expiry — then the hand-over. Every passport that leaves the office is signed for, and every cancelled file keeps its history.
- BMET registration, smart card, training certificate and clearance tracked as dates with windows rather than as ticks.
- Every passport handed back is signed for, with who took it and when.
- Cancelled files keep their whole history instead of disappearing, so the money against them can still be unwound.
- Lists of what is expiring this month, which is the report that prevents the resubmissions.
Agent ledgers that balance
Money in and money out per agent, tagged to the file it belongs to. Ask any agent’s position on any date and get a statement you can print and send.
- Every transaction names the e-file it belongs to, which is the difference between a total and an explanation.
- A statement for any agent over any date range, printable and sendable.
- Advances, commissions, refunds and adjustments are separate kinds rather than a single amount with a note.
- A cancelled file’s entries stay attached to it, so reversing them is a reversal and not a judgement call.
Accounts across cash, bank and bKash
Every entry names the account it moved through, so the drawer, the bank and the mobile wallets each have a balance you can check against reality. Office expenses, salaries and director capital included.
- Cash drawer, bank accounts and mobile wallets each hold their own balance you can check against a statement.
- Office expenses under headings you define, salaries, and director capital in and out.
- Every movement names the account it went through — an entry that belongs to no account cannot be saved.
- Balances as of any date, not only as of today.
MOFA wallets, in dollars
Prepaid MOFA balances tracked in the currency they are actually held in, with the conversion rate recorded per recharge and spending attributed file by file. No adding dollars to taka by accident.
- Balances held in the currency they are actually held in, so they can be compared with the portal directly.
- Each recharge records the foreign amount, the taka paid and the rate — the taka figure is derived, never substituted.
- Spending attributed to the e-file it was spent on, so cost per file is recoverable.
- No silent conversion anywhere, which is the thing that makes a balance drift.
Pay for the parts you use
The system is built in modules. An office that only files embassy paperwork does not pay for the payroll, and one without a board does not pay for capital tracking.
Try it with your own files for thirty days.
No card, no commitment. If it does not fit your office, walk away and owe nothing.
